Basic static website template using Cactus.

Basic static website template using Cactus. Designed for and works well with kjpc-ansible-roles (https://gitlab.com/kjpc-tech/kjpc-ansible-roles). Creates the basic setup for a static website using Bootstrap 4 and webpack. When joined with kjpc-ansible-roles, deployment is simple and straightforward. It optionally includes the basic components for VueJS.
